various forms of Indian dancing, including Classical Indian Dance, Bollywood & Bhangra. Regardless if you are a beginner or advanced learner, this is your opportunity to experience the wonderful world of
Indian dance its culture.

This workshop is credited with 2 FIS CECs with CAN-FIT-PRO.

The Instructional Bollywood Workshop is an interactive workshop designed to highlight Indian dancing in a fitness setting. Interactive group work and
choreography ideas will be provided. Get up and dance- Desi style!

Both theory and practical material is covered in the workshop, with a majority being focused on dancing.
Instructional Time: 3 hours (Theory and Practical)
