I'm getting back into my fitness routine and I was hoping you guys could give me some tips. I've been athletic all my life but I'd like to hear how you guys do your daily cardio routines. I don't want to lose a lot of weight - I just want to tone down.Normally I'll run for 30 minutes or so depending on my shin splints and how 'in shape' I am in.How many miles do you run per day? Do you do crunches?
