Well friends, I am a student and I love diet. I really want to know how to maintain a balanced diet that means…how much of sodium, proteins, carbohydrates etc should I have in my body daily so that I could stay healthy and loose weight. I don’t want to be in hopeless. Please suggest me for some foods that I should avoid or drinks. Thank you in advance.
