|Eva is a certified Group Fitness as well as Personal Trainer and brings a unique approach to conditioning with her extensive dance background. She is pleased to introduce Body Conditioning for Dancers a NEW class which brings Personal Training into a motivating group atmosphere.
The 8 week workshop has been strategically designed to improve muscular strength and endurance with functional exercises for the already active bodies. All while increasing your cardiovascular stamina, stability, balance and control, for total body well being.
Eva’s approach to personal training is not only to be a coach, but also an educator, role model, confidant and a major source of motivation and encouragement. Now imagine getting inspiration from the energy of others in an atmosphere that will promote proactive habits and be addictive in the most positive way.
