For me the need of meditation is to increase my concentration and at the same time I am looking forward to control my anger. More importantly it was the latter that appealed to me the most. There was a site actually that inspired me to take up the yoga practices which has taught me how to evaluate the breathing that can serve as a warning to you when you feel the spell of anger is going to take you over. Not only have I succeeded in controlling my anger I have also become a good and attentive employer and I am more than happy to relish these new changes in me.
